- Enquiries: when you use a contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry and your message.
- Newsletter: if you sign up to our emails, we collect your email address and any other details you enter on the sign-up form.
- WhatsApp, email and phone: if you contact us this way, we receive your name, phone number or email address and the content of your messages.
- Clients: if you become a client, we hold your contact and business details, details of the work we do for you, invoices and payment records.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. This uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit.
- Security: our forms are protected by adCAPTCHA, which processes limited technical information about your visit to stop spam and automated abuse.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting records technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and running properly.

- Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Client records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year in which our work finished, to meet tax and legal requirements.
- Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
